The Rant: Inside the NBA makes the NBA enjoyable again

I think, without any doubt, that Inside the NBA on TNT is the best sports show on TV. There?s no debate in my mind.

About 70 percent of the show is just Charles Barkley, Ernie Johnson, Shaquille O?Neal and Kenny Smith goofing around. The other portion may have something to do with basketball. I don?t care how much of a purist you are, I would take a show that entertains me 100 times before I watched one that simply informed me. Like ESPN for example, which is the same breakdown over and over again. Give me something unscripted for once. And Shaq, while I don?t really understand half of the things he mumbles about, I appreciate that he seems to be enjoying himself. While I don?t really get too crazy about the NBA playoffs, I will be sad to see these guys go.?
