Star Fox 64 3D Gameplay Part 1 of 4 - - Game Console Universe.com
I just got Star Fox 64 3D and did a quick run through the main game. The first thing I will point out is that it is INCREDIBLY difficult to keep the 3DS still in front of the camera. I had the camera sitting on a few CD cases and sat behind it on a table with the 3DS at the other end of the table. I was watching the gameplay on the TV, not the 3DS screens. For starters, the graphics are amazing! Everything looks really cleaned up and upgraded the way the game was meant to be played. I never play 3DS games on 3D mode, so I have no opinion on that other than me not being able to see the 3D and it giving me a headache. This game should be available September 2011 in the Americas and is definitely worth the buy. I always liked the multiplayer on the 64, but since I am the only one with a 3DS, I can?t really play that. Thankfully, you can disable all 3DS features like motion sensors, cameras, and 3D displays. I tried the motion sensor, it is cool, but highly unpractical for typical gameplay, especially if you get motion sickness or play with the 3D on. My only 2 complaints for this game is that you MUST play the training stages, you CANNOT skip them. The first is just like on the 64, fly through rings, shoot enemies in all-range mode until you get bored. The second level is flying through a long tunnel avoiding walls. THEN, you get to play the game. The other thing is that I am not sure it is because I switched it to 3DS mode and not 64 mode is the music. The music is NOT the ?
